We finally found a harness we are happy with thanks to Tiger's_Mom Deb. Penny knew immediately that the package was for her. How do they always know? Even DH doesn't mind putting it on Penny to take her out. She's so comfortable in it, I often let her wear it throughout the day. It adds a few tangles, but she likes it so much I don't mind working a bit harder when I comb her.
