OK.... YEA.... It was really simple..... I was talking on the phone to my mom and telling her what was going on and I was just messing around and cling on the page and then realized that I would move the size of the YT wall paper. Then I clicked all the way to the top of my screen and dragged down and found out that the wall paper is really a box that you can shrink and open and close just by clicking on the X in the top right corner like any other box. The top of it was just hidden at the top of my screen. I guess my montior is off a little....
