Is this a puppy broker? Why not go directly to a breeder.
It's more important to research the breeder than it is to look for the perfect dog. Not all breeders are honest but if you do your homework, I believe you can find a good one.
Brokers on the other hand are pretty much crooks. not likely you'll find an honest one. |
