Here's the deal.....
The YT wall paper is taking up almost my whole screen except a little bit on the left hand side of my computer. On the left hand side theres a blue box from top to bottom that hold all my icons..... When I change the wall paper or theme then it just changes the color and background of the left hand side where my icons are. Nothing happens the the YT wallpaper....
