How old is she? Maybe she got excited and peed? I dunno, but I hate that you're having to deal with this. Sounds like you are doing everything right otherwise. The only thing I can think of is her peeing bc she was excited or something. If she is still very young, you may have to keep her confined until her bladder is bigger. We did not let Hobbs have free run of the house until he was 8 months old and had not had an accident in the house in about 2 or 3 months.
