Thought I'd let everyone know that the surgery was done this morning and she is home and doing very well.
Much better than I had expected. Her leg joint was completely out of the socket due to the growth but vet says it cleaned up very well. Vet says she should be putting some weight on the leg within a week. She goes back in 10 days to have the stitches removed and start therapy. Going to need a haircut to match her hip but she is fine. Wanting to play with our other Yorkie but can't let her tonight. So happy to report good news.
