I found a great game for your water-loving yorkie on a hot summer day. It's called: Get the Ice Cube. And Trixie loves it!

Here's how it works. You fill a little tub (like a rubbermaid tub with short sides, or little pool), with a few inches of cold water (make sure the water is not too high, and the sides of the tub are short enough they can STEP out). Then you put a few ice cubes in there. Trixie loves to dig in and try to get the ice cubes. And even when they are melted, she's still splashing around. Make sure you put the tub outside or on the deck, because there will be water everywhere!!! It's a great way to cool off!
