You all are right. Our puppies could choke on anything they find. What I've found more scary in this forum are the stories of bloody stool, vomiting and diarrhea. But if you have been giving your yorkie greenies for years and haven't seen any signs of this...then you have no problem. I know that personally since Syd has never had a greenie...I'm not willing to risk it. Just like humans, all of their little digestive systems are different. What bothers one may be fine for another. Just watch your pet carefully when they are trying a new treat or chew to see how their body reacts to it. And if they are a "gulper" no ediable chew would be a good idea for them because of choking issues. |
