I dont know, but it sure it! My parents have the worst luck ever.
Their house burnt down 7 years ago. So the bought a new house
It was DESTROYED by Katrina and they had a big problem with the stupid insurance.
So they bought a fixer uper..
and had to hire people to put on a new roof.
And low and behold the roofers waiting for my dad to leave one day a stole almost everything!!
So I totally agree with you!
