She is cleaning her bottom. I wipe my little ones with unscented baby wipes after they potty. Don't let her eat her poo. Unfortunetly it is hard to say at how regular her feedings were at the breeders and that might be a habit she got into when she was hungry. Just keep food down for her and try to catch her after she potties. If you have a scale weigh her to make sure she gains.
