Word of caution -- NEVER EVER put a price on something you DO NOT want to sell.
I did that one time with a horse I dearly loved. A neighbor came by, asked how much and I gave an outrageous price (she would not leave until I had priced him) and you know what..... She bought my pony!!!! I cried!
