Well I spent the weekend with Snow Yorkies (Sue) at a dog show and she had the best belly bands I have seen since I have the same problem as you. She uses the Ace bandages with velcro (you can buy them in a drugstore and she cuts them in half). She was able to make them a little tighter and Homer was not bothered by it. Thanks Sue for idea.
