It is common in alot of "Tea Cup" breeders or really any breeders to regulate food. Basically they feed them just enough to get them by. It is sad when people are looking for a tiny pup and they have to starve it pratically to keep it tiny. I know that my pups are tiny framed but pudgey bellied. You can have a pup that is tiny framed and supposed to weigh no more than 3 pounds that weighs 5 and vice versa. These are trully little dogs whether they are 7 lbs or 3lbs. I did not mean that any breeders on here or all breeders do this. Just from the experience I have had with breeders in the past.
