WOW! She's absolutely gorgeous! And those are great pictures of her, too, so my kudos to you on your photography skills!
The way you described her hair sounds a LOT like Sully's hair (more silky than cottony, very fine, thin, fragile; breaks easily; matts a little). We have been using CC Day to Day also and it's been ok...I am ready to try something new, though. I'm on the market for a better shampoo.
