There has been a trouble ticket opened with our Web hosts and the routing issue is currently being worked on. Is your home computer using the same DSL or cable modem connection as your son's laptop? If you can get on with the same connection but only using his computer, then there is a DNS issue, which you should be able to solve by changing DNS servers on your computer.
