That makes it the runt and like others have said in this thread that sometimes runts grow bigger then the rest. Have her put a clause in the contract (thats if she has a contract  ) about her gauranteeing her size. If it was me I would not buy the puppy for that price, that just proves the breeder is right that people will buy the tinies at higher prices and it gives them more reason to keep pricing them so high

Oh, I see you already asked her about the contract, let us know it will be intersting to see what she says. Also, you should ask for her phone number to talk to her on the phone. You can get a better sense of a person when you talk to them on the phone.
