One thing we do to keep Chachi from pulling is we only give him enough leash that he can walk beside us not in front of us. With him walking like that it curbs the aggression problems to. We saw this on the dog whisperer.I would not do that with a collar on only a harness. I would not use a choke collar you are going to hurt your dogs trachea. Especially a dog that small.
