Oh wow - I'm not one to say break the law - but in this case...there's NO food and people seem to enjoy her little dog....I think that poor woman should be given a break - if the customers complained that's different ...but it sounds like people enjoy her little yorkie
The fines are Way too excessive and for someone that age ...I think it's sad. I liked her comment about keeping the "hometown atmosphere" in her shop. Are we so insensitive now that a little bending of the laws can't happen ? as long as she isn't bothering anyone I don't see the harm...it IS her shop after all. |
