I would do it!!!!!!!!!! She is such a little cutie!!!!!!!!!! What is her age and weight now??? You could tell the breeder you don't have reservations about the price if she stays small. Tell her you are willing to buy her if she stipulates in your contract to reimburse you if she gets over a certain size. Its more than fair to you both. That way you pay for what you get.
