Roxy's g-ma here. I used to go to a bar (long ago) owned by a lady who had her cat preserved and kept it on the bar. It was a bit creepy, but made for a great conversation piece. Roy Rogers had Trigger preserved. I think he's in a museum, now. When I lost my husband, he was cremated. Now I keep him with me all the time and it is a great comfort. I wish I had done that with my previous pets that I buried. They are now scattered in various places that I lived and I regret not knowing what has become of them. From now on, I will cremate. |
