Oscar had the same problem after his neuter surgery - diarrhea for a couple days, then no poop at all for about three days. He didn't seem uncomfortable or anything, and he was still eating, so I also thought it was strange that what was going IN wasn't coming OUT. But, eventually it did - I think it was a combination of the stress and the antibiotic he was on that upset his tummy... just took him a couple days to get his system back on track.
