Thanks everyone - I'm sure I'll find my little girl - was just really hoping to not have to pay an arm and a leg to get her just because she's little. You know how it is when you get set on something... it's disappointing...
Actually, you know what? That sounds like a great idea (if you're dying for this little girl)!!! Tell her you'll pay $2300, and if the pup goes over the desired weight that she's "guesstimating," she has to return $500!!! If she says yes (and it's in written form), then she's confindent in her product. If not, move on. How's that sound?
