OMG that's soo scary, but I'm glad he's fine. Whenever my dogs want to hang out the window I always hold them on the leash, and only give them enough leash so they can't fall out. Why did this person let them hang out like that in the first place? I wouldn't let them hear the end of it if someone did that to my dog, rather he was OK or not. |
