Just go. If you KNOW for certain it is not for you, tell them and leave.
Although I have never done this, in my management positions I have hired people who did quit the first day. I encourage people who have the courage to do this and not waste my time training them only to have them go two weeks later.
Don't waste your time either! Just say "sorry, it's not for me" and split the scene, babe!
