I think one of the reason's it's graded so low because a lot of Yorkies are allergic to corn. I also noted this:
Cons: Insufficent meat content, liberal use of low quality grains, controversial fillers.
I actually didn't realize that it contains beet pulp too! That's a by-product that is said to produce that redish tear stain look. I actually mix that with the Merricks. I have been noticing Baby itching more than normal. I'm not gonna buy it anymore. But that's just me.
Remember...you can give your furbaby the bestest food in the world, if they don't eat it, you have to find something lower on the totem pole that they will eat. Right?
