OMG!! What a scare you had!! I had Hefner loose in my front yard once and he started running for the street and I couldn't catch him. He went out into the street and I finally grabbed him. There were no cars but it my worst nightmare that someone will leave a door open and he will do that again and I won't be there.
We have a fenced yard and I still put him on a leash when I take him out because i am so paraniod. For going potty I have a large xpen set up in the backyard. I don't even leave them unattended in that because so many of these guys can climb over!! |
