Yes I have.. but when I was 17 - a landscaping job which resulted in me getting poison sumac and poison ivy all over both of my arms (completely covered, I had to go to the hospital for drugs!) two weeks before my PROM!!!

Anyways.. I don't think this is the kind of thing you're speaking of....

There have been times where I've started a job and on the first day had feelings of "Oh crap, what am I doing, I can't do this", or thought the job was really boring or not suited to me. BUT, after one day, it's hard to tell if a job is really for you - I think it's always good to at least give it a week. But if you want to quit your job, just do it in a professional manner - they'll appreciate your honesty and the sooner you let them know, the sooner they can get someone else into that position - also saves them putting in time training you, then having you quit and have to train someone else.

If you're that unhappy - quit - but make sure you are REALLY SURE! Life is too short to be stuck in a job you dont enjoy but finding a new job is also the worst job in the world!
