I am very sorry to hear about the insurance. I don't even know what to say about that!!! I commend you for keeping Mitzi. You are a God send to her. I hope you are able to raise the money you need for her surgery. Being you and the breeder are somewhat friends can you ask her to contribute?? Its only fair. I am sorry that she hasn't offered.
About the stroller I purchased one at Petsmart for 79.99 it was a pink Happy Trails one and Baby just loves it.
