I just wouldn't tell the *new* attorney that you're already working with someone when you make the appointment. It might cost a bit more money with the new guy 'cuz he's going to need to get up to speed.... Have you talked to your current attorney? Tell him this is a big problem and you're going to switch if it doesn't stop, see what he says.

Maybe they can't touch it... but then I think about how many times defendants in high profile cases change their lawyers.
