If you have not picked him up yet, perhaps you can ask your breeder if she could start taping his ears. You just wrap a piece of tape about the bottom of each ear and after a short while, they might start standing up. It helps the process a little. You could also massage his ears with your thumb and index finger when you get him home also. I believe it helps the cartlidge out, too. I'm not good at describing things!

I know some puppy ears start standing on their own after a couple months. It all depends.
