There are two reasons why your pup's hair is not shiny.
He could not have out grown his puppy coat which with some puppies they won't get the shine until they are adults with an adult coat.
Or it could be that your yorkie does not have a silk coat. A cotton coat will not be shiny like a silk coat.
The product I like the most is cowboy magic, it adds shine to the coat real well and I have tried many products but this one seems to do the trick.
