When I first trained Sophie to use the bell I let her go every time she rang it but now that she knows what it is for I just make sure she has done her business and then if she keeps ringing it I tell her she has already peed and she is not going out to stare at the neighbor. LOL!
Kizzys mom Sophie does the same thing.
