I LOVE the silk harneses made by chattiesmom...you can send her a pm for more info. I have one for both my dogs and my female has a collapsing trachea. It is the ONLY harness that I have used that I can walk her with and she doesn't cough. My male is a real puller and it works great for him as well. Very well sewn and secure with a buckle and double D-rings.
