I think it's usually a dominance thing when a male tries to mount another male. He's trying to assert himself as the Alpha male in the house. I imagine that this behavior may stop (eventually) as the new puppy settles in to the house and accepts his roomie. Poor little Corky is just trying to enjoy retirement and here comes this young spry little guy with other ideas! I don't know what to suggest other than what you're doing - he needs to be taught that his behavior is wrong, the same way we train them not to chew/bark excessively/etc. etc.

Also... if you don't plan on getting your little guy fixed, I think that humping anything and everything is going to be commonplace at your house. Once he has been bred with your future girl, it'll get even worse. There are posts on here about having a stud dog as a pet, and it doesn't sound like much fun... not trying to discourage you though!
