he is in a playpen b/c he has aggression issues and we just had a new baby...so he is in a bedroom, inside a playpen...basically so he cannot dart out of the room. he is on prozac, but isnt working the way it should.
would the "garage smell" affect a dog ? |

IT would not be fair to him at all and neither is prozac. Drugs will often have a reverse affect on a dog especially if the environment is the problem, which it is with a new baby he isn't about to be happy about which is what you have said.
As you likely aren't wanting to give up your baby for adoption, you may consider finding a new home for your YOrkie. There are people with no children, either won't be having any or already raised them that would love a dog.
If you insist you want to keep him, find a good dog trainer to help with this problem. Be careful of who you hire, there are a lot of idiots out there.
