I know for sure yogurt is fine at this age...my baby is 9 weeks old but she had diarrhea last week (when she was 8 weeks old) and the vet told us to give her some plain yogurt to settle her tummy. She LOVES the yogurt! SHe would rather eat yogurt than her wet food, so what I do is ground up dry kibble in the blender and mix that with the yogurt. Hootie LOVES it...she gobbles it up!
