I think it would be fine. Make sure you take LOTS of water for them. It would be ashame for them to get up there and get dehydrated. Generally yorkies will let you know when they are tired and have had enough walking. Just make sure you pay extra attention to their needs while you are on the hike. Be prepared to pick them up if they act like they are getting tired. Otherwise, I think that they would have a fun time!!!
