My Keisha who is 1 1/2 yrs old does the same thing, so she doesn't go crazy with her treats I make sure she doesn't hide them so i watch her when she gets close to done i take away from her, that seems to have stopped the aggression, we don't have cats but we have an older sheltie who she is always trying to boss around, we tell her to stop and clap our hands and tell her to be nice she doesn't like to get yelled at so this seems to be working.
