Ziggy gets about a Tbsp of plain or vanilla yogurt about every other day. He also loves cottage cheese...he gets that everyday. I also give him a Tbsp of plain canned pumpkin. It worked like a miracle when he had diarrhea. My vet said the pumpkin is very high in fiber and is great for straightening out any "gut" problems. Ziggy loves it and so I give him a little once a week ...just for insurance.
