Although this may be true in many situations, it's not true in, lets say 1 out of 100000000000000. There was a lady in the northwest side of Houston by Copperfield that was giving a way free yorkie puppies. My neighbor picked up all 3 and gave one to my brother, kept one for herself and gave the other to her sister-in-law.
