if the behavior is annoying or it bothers you then i would start ignoring her when you come home. let her cry and cry, and then when she finally finishes and is quiet, go over and say hello. don't make coming and goings a big deal. when you are leaving just say a calm good bye girls, see you later and walk out. When you come home, don't greet them first. do go something else, like walk in the other room adn check your mail or get something to drink, whatever, and once they've both calmed down you can go in a greet them. Tia will learn that she has to be quiet and calm when you get home so she can greet you sooner.
