IF he mouths or bites on a person, squeal loudly and stop playing for a few minutes. He may like being held longer when he is sleepy.
Children need to be taught not to put a pup near their face and to be supervised carefully-they can be rough without meaning to and the puppy won't like being squeezed too tightly or held roughly. He may just be ready to play when they want a cuddle.Does he get lots of opportunity to run around, including in the garden? He isn't a stuffed toy and may get more cuddly when he knows you all better. Let him approach you when you are sitting on the floor watching TV in the evening or whatever. He may like to lie beside someone then. he is little yet--lots of toys and chews that he can bite will be good.
