Oh, how I can relate...and I agree with Villette!!
The only way I've found to stop this is to put the shoes in a place where they can't be reached.
Hubby has an old pair of moccasins with real fur around the ankle part...lets just say that there's not much fur left on these things...lol...Topher de'furred them both! (they were not very attractive moccasins to begin with, so I'm kinda glad that hubby can't wear them anymore...lol...our secret!!)
I have a back entryway where we keep all of our shoes and Topher won't go in there because he won't climb down the three stairs it takes to get there...thank heavens. He'd be in shoe heaven there!!
