You know this always makes me so angry to read about these little babies being hurt by careless morons letting their bigger dogs run loose. We live in a suburban neighborhood and our houses are all on 2 acre lots and don't even feel comfortable to walk Yogi and Dori outside of our lot because there are 3 pits across the street, a german shepherd and several larger mutts that are always trolling the neighborhood. Since we are 5 miles outside of the city, there were never any leash laws or any laws pertaining to domestics pets here. We just got a police force 3 years ago, were annexed, and implemented laws that pets are supposed to be on leashes and kept within our fenced yards. The only thing is no one enforces it
You can call and complain, get a "we'll look into it" and the next day, the same. I t makes me crazy
