If you want him to stop humping then you should take the toy away. My yorkie got neutered about 4 months ago, but the only time he humps is when he is around a stuffed animal. We didn't buy him any stuffed animals, but if we go to someone's house who has stuffed animals, Hobbs will hump them. It is not BAD that he is humping, but it can be embarrassing when you have company. So, if you want to stop this behavior, just take away the toy.
