When my baby girl, Hootie (9 weeks old), got diarrhea last week, the vet recommended that I give her some plain yogurt. Well, Hootie LOVED the yogurt. Hootie is not on dry food yet because her teeth aren't big enough to chew it up. So, after her diarrhea got better I started grinding up hard food and mixing it with the yogurt. I put that down and a bowl of wet food down. Well, Hootie has started preferring the yogurt mixture over the wet food...now she won't even hardly touch the wet food! But she will eat the yogurt/ground up dried food mixture really well throughout the day. So, my question is, how much yogurt is too much?? I definately don't want to give her too much, but I also don't want her to stop eating. Any suggestions??
