If the vet has checked her out..teeth etc and there is no pain causing her behavior problems, then all you can do is be patient with her. Arterie harden and there is a lack of oxegen to the brain as with people...makes for some strange behavior changes as we age.

Yeah I know you're right. It's just a little sad seeing it happen.
Now that you've mentioned it, her teeth are really bad. They need to be cleaned horribly bad but they don't want to put her under. She's lost at least one of her molars and the other is ready to fall out. I want to switch her to wet food but it used to make her sick when she was younger. Any suggestions? Should I just mix the 2 together for now?
I don't think she's in any pain sometimes she yelps when you try and pet her and she was a lot of "old dog warts" on her back and neck. The vet said he could remove them but 10 more will come back. I guess it just comes with the territory of having a 15+ doggie.
