Since there's a lot of women on here I thought I'd ask if any of you have used an OTC product that gave excellent results. I used a whole jar of Porcelana cream in about a two month span and there was very little difference in the spots. Now that I'm getting older I'm paying the price for all that sun exposure It's on my chest and arms. Thanks for any help.
