if he growls at you or bites you dont say anything just put him on the floor straight away and dont look at him or talk to him for about 5 to 10 mins then when he carms down pick him back up again, if he does it again put him down again and do the same keep doing it every time he does it and hopefuly he will learn that if he isnt nice no one will take any notice of him and when hes nice they do. it might take a while for him to learn.
