Well, at least the vet found out what is was and she is on her way to recovery. At least it is something that can be corrected relatively easily and it is not a chronic, ongoing problem that you have to treat. She will be back to normal before you know it!!!!!
My little Hobbs jumped off the couch a couple of days after we got him and broke his leg!
He had to wear a splint for 3 weeks! It felt like forever, but in the grand scheme of things it really wasn't that long at all. I am sure that is how it will be for you. The time that she has to wear that e-collar will fly by.
